When Bovada Poker first introduced anonymous tables all the way back in 2011, there was a lot of controversy surrounding them, and there is still a lot of controversy surrounding them now among HUD-dependent players and agenda-havers.
Changes to the game brought about by anonymous tables On Bovada Poker, you will never be able to find out who you are playing against in any way, shape, or form. No one can be followed, preyed upon, or traced using software that tracks locations. Not in cash games, and not in tournaments either. Neither. HUDs are made useless.
A player’s only identifier at a Bovada Poker table or tournament is their seat number; there is no screen name associated with the number. I love it.
I absolutely love how Bovada Poker prohibits the use of HUDs.
How does Bovada Poker ensure that each participant remains completely anonymous? You won’t ever be privy to anyone else’s screen name. At the tables, each person is assigned a number from 1 to 9, according to the seat in which they are seated.
